Back-End Developer

Job Description

We are looking for Back-End Developers to work on mid-core real-time multiplayer mobile game projects in Oxyun studio located in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

● Following up general business plan and sprints, maintaining harmony with the team, ensuring efficiency in scheduling
● Ensuring security, performance and scalability of the game servers
● Working on production and test servers
● Troubleshoot in production with highest speed and experience
● Improvement of back-end servers and maintaining redesign
● Working in harmony with Front-End developers and artists

Skills and Requirements

● Minimum three years of experience in game industry
● Experience in TCP-UDP and non-blocking IO
● Work experience in high CCU server environment (Real-Time or Turn Base)
● Server development experience in platforms such as Java, Spring, Netty.io, Socket.io, Node.js etc
● Strong experience in systems such as Mysql and Redis
● Experienced to provide Server-Side vector and physics calculations in a custom, simple and high performance way
● Knowledge of Server-Side AI
● Experience in 3rd party systems such as Photon engine, Smartfoxserver etc. is a plus
